Unofficial Visit is a great way for high school students and their families to connect with current college students at a number of universities. This is an easy way to learn more about real life on campus, the surrounding area, and gain insight into areas of study. What is Unofficial Visit?

An easy way to book an individual Zoom call with a current student on campus to learn about student life, academics, and why students chose that college or university.

How far in advance do I need to request a Zoom meeting?

Give us 3 days notice from your desired date.

How will I be notified if a Zoom is confirmed?

You will receive a notification within 48 hours of your request. We will confirm a match or any unavailability.

How long do meetings last?

Live meetings are 15-30 minutes on average.

How much does each Zoom session cost?

The cost of each meeting is $35, payable by Venmo at the time of meeting confirmation.

When will we receive a link for the meeting?

We will send you a link the morning of the meeting.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

If you cancel your tour within 48 hours of the Zoom meeting and time, no refunds will be processed. If you reschedule within 48 hours of the Zoom time and another meeting is available no fee will be charged beyond the initial booking.

What happens if I'm late for my meeting?

Please contact us right away so that we can notify your student, late arrivals may cut your overall meeting short.

How am I matched with a student?

Students are matched based on area of interest or availability for the call - they will have advanced knowledge of your noted interests.
